Lauryn Hill Unplugged

“Lauryn Hill – Mystery of Iniquity”

“I Gotta Find Peace of Mind”

These are some of her best performances ever to me. She really opens up to the crowd and ever cries during “I Gotta Find Peace of Mind”, this lets me know she’s really passionate about music, something I can relate to. The may not be appealing songs to the average person, maybe because of her diction, tone, and style in this particular performance. The words she uses and the subject’s she speaks on are real issues and it really makes sense what she’s talking about. Kinda reminds me of Tracy Champman those of you who know her music it’s really political, it also touches on domestic situations, and of course love. But yeah these are good songs listen to the words, everyone won’t relate.
